2 Tourist Guide Destinations Exploring Buleleng, Like a Hidden Paradise

Holiday Ayo - If you are planning to go on holiday to North Bali, here is a list of fifteen tourist destinations that can serve as a guide.

It is known that Buleleng Regency has an area of 1,365.88 square kilometers or 24.25 percent of the area of Bali Province, with a coastline of approximately 157 kilometers.

Administratively, Buleleng Regency consists of 9 sub-districts, 129 villages, 19 sub-districts and 169 traditional villages.

The area of Buleleng Regency as mentioned above stretches from West to East with the topography in the South being hilly and mountainous, while in the North it is lowland along the coast.

The short distance between the mountainous area and the coast gives Buleleng Regency its own meaning compared to other regencies in Bali Province.

These unique conditions make the topography of the Buleleng region often called Nyegara Gunung. There are also various choices of tourist destinations.

From wine plantations, dolphin tours to snorkeling, these are places that must be visited in Buleleng. Here's the list:

1. Bali Handara Golf & Resort

Located in the highlands precisely in Singaraja, North Bali. The golf course offers an unforgettable playing experience with views of mountains and tropical rainforests.

This resort is equipped with luxurious facilities

such as rooms with views of the golf course, restaurant, bar, tennis court, golf lessons from professional instructors, and a pro shop with various golf equipment.

The restaurant's iconic entrance gate with traditional Balinese architecture has become a favorite photo spot for tourists.

This natural and calm atmosphere at an altitude of almost 1,400 meters above sea level is what makes Bali Handara an ideal place to relax and enjoy natural beauty.

2. Strawberry garden

Pancasari Village in Buleleng Regency, Bali, is known as the “Strawberry Village” thanks to Gede Adi Mustika's Wiwanda Agrow strawberry farm which opened in 2013.

This garden uses a hydroponic drip fertigation system to produce high quality strawberries without pest problems.

Apart from growing various types of strawberries such as the superior Sachinoka variety from Japan, this garden is also famous for its processed strawberry products such as juice, jam, kombucha and strawberry pizza.

Not only that, the Wiwanda Agrow strawberry garden also offers its visitors the experience of picking strawberries directly from the plants.

Because of this, during the holiday season, Wiwanda Agrow has attracted 500 domestic tourists and 200 international tourists per day, making it a popular and educational agrotourism destination for families and fruit lovers.
