Tuesday
Every Tuesday, Beckham focuses on cardio training and runs one kilometer for 10 sets.

Friday
For Friday, his physical training was a little more relaxed. It consists of 20-30 minutes on the treadmill, sometimes supplemented with yoga, rock climbing, or martial arts.
During the weekend, Beckham usually rests and recovers. Despite this, he still maintains a relatively light routine such as walking the dog and hiking in the mountains.
