Holiday Ayo - Reality TV star Brandi Glanville is facing a difficult ordeal regarding changes in her appearance that have made her less confident.

The former model now has a dented and uneven face, allegedly due to parasites on her face.

She has carried out various healing efforts and spent billions of rupiah. Brandi revealed that she spent up to US$ 70 thousand or around IDR 1.1 billion to treat mysterious health problems on her face.

Her facial problems may have stemmed from contaminated food while filming in Morocco. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills shared her struggle to undergo various medical procedures to identify and treat her condition.

"I have done laboratory tests which cost up to US$ 10 thousand. I have done all the existing tests. The doctor suspects that this may be caused by a new parasite," said Brandi.

Brandi attributed this problem to the experience of eating food that was exposed for a long time while filming in Morocco.

"Six months after I returned from Morocco, these symptoms started to appear. My face was swollen, and this condition continues to get worse until now," he explained.

Brandi's symptoms weren't just limited to facial swelling. She also lost five teeth, which added to the long list of challenges he had to face. This reduces his self-confidence to the point that he is reluctant to meet people.

"I didn't socialize, didn't leave the house, and spent almost all my money trying to find out what was really wrong," he said.

Brandi is now undergoing cell sound therapy. Even so, the results are still not satisfactory.

"I've seen so many doctors, taken so many treatments, but nothing has really cured me," he said.

Apart from the suspicion of parasites, Brandi's facial problems are also thought to be due to stress due to work pressure in the entertainment world.

"I think Bravo (the television network that broadcasts The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) was very detrimental to my health. The stress of the show caused me to experience stress-induced angioedema," Brandi quipped.
