Norwegian Cruise Line Starts Selling Naked Cruise Tickets

Holiday Ayo - A cruise company is launching naked cruises, where each guest is free to wander around the cruise ship without clothes on.
The Big Nude Boat trip, the first cruise to feature the concept, is run by nudist travel company Bare Necessities aboard the 2.3,000-person vessel Norwegian Pearl.
This out-of-this-world cruise ship departed Miami on Monday, February 3, 2025 for an 11-day cruise that promises to take passengers back to bare-bones with visits to Norwegian's private island in the Bahamas, Great Stirrup City, and St. Louis. Lucia and St. Maarten.
Bare Necessities states that their goal is to "break down barriers against social nudity and make nude vacations a viable and acceptable option."
Activities on board include passenger talent shows and LED-lit parties, plus the Norwegian Pearl has its own bowling alley, rock climbing wall, 16 dining options and 14 bars, including a whiskey lounge, according to the Independent.
However, there are some rules that guests must follow. Passengers may be naked in public areas, such as buffets and on deck when the ship is at sea or anchored in port (unless instructed not to do so).
However, they must be dressed when the ship docks in port, including on the balcony, until the ship leaves and an announcement is made that they are allowed to be naked again.
Apart from that, they also have to be dressed when eating in the dining room. When seated, passengers must always wear a towel while naked, and there are no photo zones around the swimming pool and dance area.
Caressing and inappropriate touching between fellow passengers is also prohibited on the cruise. Bookings are now open for sailings in 2026, with subsequent sailings also still aboard the Norwegian Pearl.
Departing Miami on February 9 for an 11-day round trip, the cruise will visit the ABC islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao, as well as Jamaica and Great Stirrup City.
Cruise prices start from 2 thousand dollars or IDR 32 million per person.
“Whether you are a veteran naturist or new to nude recreation, this cruise provides an unparalleled opportunity to live the nude lifestyle in a fun, varied and accepting environment," said Bare Necessities.
Not only Bare Necessities, the cruise option for nudist fans is also owned by the travel agent Castaways Travel which organizes the Bliss Cruise which provides clothing options, with cruises on the Royal Caribbean's Wonder of Seas ship in February and November 2026. Another cruise is also owned by Celebrity Silhoutte, which will start in April 2026.
