Holiday Ayo - The luxury automotive brand, Lexus, is again holding the Lexus Feast Dining 2024 event, which will be held on Friday, November 15 2024, at Immersion by Lexus, Menara Astra, Jakarta.

"In all of Southeast Asia, there is nothing like this in Indonesia, so in Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, the Philippines, there is nothing like this yet," said Marketing Director of Toyota Astra Motor, Anton Jimmi Suwandy, Friday (15/11).

It was further explained that fine dining exists as a form of approach, discussion, promotion and branding to customers.

According to him, culinary is an aspect that is in line with the lifestyle of customers. Thus, through the dishes served, there are messages as well as stories and Lexus branding which it is hoped will be well received by customers.

"There are many stories that we can include (in food), for example how we reduce waste, reduce carbon and so on. So customers can understand what the Lexus philosophy is like," he explained.

According to Anton, it won't be easy if you only talk about products and cars. The company has also shifted to targeting other sectors, such as the travel and food sectors, to be closer to customers.

The dishes served at this place have gone through a thorough curation stage, starting from product studies, the values they promote, to menu development by the chef.

"The food served here is Japanese-style, such as sweets or maybe cakes. But it's not just Japanese food, there is also something combined with local Indonesian food," he said.

Immersion by Lexus on the first floor of the Astra tower, said Anton, is specifically for potential customers who want to get to know the Lexus brand.

There are no fees that need to be paid by potential customers, aka it's free. Prospective customers can come directly to the location every day without needing a reservation.

When you arrive at the location, explained Anton, there will be a tour of the room design, materials and the meaning of each painting on display.

"There is a story that we provide so that people understand about the brand," he said.

General Manager of Lexus Indonesia, Bansar Maduma said, the luxury presented at this event combines innovation and sustainability concepts.

"Through the Lexus Exclusive Dining Experience, we want to introduce the various electrification technologies that Lexus presents, in accordance with the lifestyle of customers in the luxury car segment," said Bansar in a written statement, Saturday (16/11).

Immersion by Lexus is located at Menara Astra, Jenderal Sudirman Street, Number Kav. 5-6, Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta City.
