1. Gulášová Polievka

This one dish has the original name Gulášová polievka. Goulash soup is actually a variant of goulash soup in Eastern and Central European countries. For the variant that is often found in Slovakia, goulash soup consists of beef, potatoes, onions, pepper, garlic, tomatoes and spices. This food is usually found in various sporting events and is usually cooked in the open directly over hot coals using a cauldron.

This dish is perfect after walking along the Hron River or hiking in the Tatras mountains. To make this dish, the type of cheese used is edam cheese. If you want to enrich the salty taste of this dish, you can add pickles.

3. Trdelnik

Trdelnik or also known as funnel cake is a dish that is often found in winter. These foods are usually sold in the Natall market. This dish is a perfect accompaniment to a glass of cooked wine. When you taste this cake, the aroma of melted cinnamon and sugar will spoil your mouth. Apart from being served for winter, now trenddelnik has also started to be found a lot in summer.

The difference is that in summer, this funnel cake is served with vanilla ice cream so it tastes delicious and fresh. So this special food can be enjoyed all year round and at any time when you visit this country.
