Citizens love Pakal City Forest because they do not have to go outside of the city to find a cool and peaceful place full of greeneries. However, some of them commented that the access to this place can be dangerous, as they are required to walk through a railroad that is still actively used, without crossing gate. They hope that the government will improve it.

As cited from Lenteratoday.com, Pakal City Forest is managed by the Food Security and Agriculture Department of Surabaya. It has beautiful nature scenery and many Instagrammable photo spots. Unfortunately, this forest does not have many supporting facilities, such as children playground.
