Geographically, Kalihiang Beach is located on Siau Island off the Sulawesi Sea. Meanwhile, administratively, Kalihiang Beach is included in the Sitimsel District, Siau Islands Regency, Tagulandang Biaro or commonly called Sitaro, North Sulawesi.

From the center of Sitaro Regency, Ondong, the distance to Kalihiang Beach is still about 11 km with a travel time of 30 to 45 minutes. The transportation facilities and infrastructure in Sitaro Regency are not very adequate, because it is a remote location in the middle of the Sulawesi Sea.
