Rawa Island in Malaysia

Holiday Ayo - Rawa island located in the South China Sea on the east coast of mainland Malaysia.

Because it has warm tropical waters all year, you can do scuba diving with no time limit.

Dive among corals while looking for sharks, nudibranchs, and turtles. These also are home to colorful clownfish that divers and snorkelers can see along a marked snorkel trail.

The House Reef at Rawa Island is the most popular spot for diving and snorkeling.

But if you prefer less crowded spot, there's a dive site called Dragon rock. This site is less-visited so you can feel like in private island.

Diving is available from March to November and closes the rest of the year for the monsoon season.

Or if you'd rather have sunbathe on the beach, this island is a great choice too. It simply beautiful and well kept. Lovely white sandy beaches, clear blue waters, great views of the sun, sea and hills will make it even better.

Besides diving, you can also do another activities like kayaking and snorkeling.

How to Get There

Reach the island from Mersing, located in the Johor state of Malaysia. You can get here from Singapore or Kuala Lumpur by bus or car.
