Former RANS Employee Reveals Intense Work Pressure: “Exhausting, Yet I Lasted Four Years”

Holiday Ayo -

RANS Entertainment — a company owned by celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina — has once again become a public talking point following reports that several of its employees have chosen to resign.

One of them, Sharimaya Ulfina, former producer of the Toko Mama Gigi program, openly shared her reasons for leaving after nearly four years with the company. Through a post on her personal Instagram account, Sharimaya revealed the demanding nature of her work at RANS.

“The reason I resigned from RANS: not many people know how intense and exhausting it is to work here. Few also realize that RANS operates much like an agency,” she wrote in a post cited on Tuesday (October 14, 2025).

Sharimaya further explained that the workload and pace within the creative and advertising industry required extraordinary energy and time commitment.

“You know how it feels working at an agency, right? It’s tiring—truly draining both time and energy. But, Alhamdulillah, I managed to survive almost four years,” she added.

Her candid confession quickly captured public attention and sparked widespread discussion regarding the demanding work culture within RANS Entertainment.

As of now, RANS management has not released any official statement addressing the reports or the alleged high-pressure environment within the company.
