Since 2014, 15.85 hectares of citrus have been cultivated here in the Central Afdeling area. Citrus plants that exist, are divided into several types.

Starting from Kepok Garut oranges with 3,365 trees, Kepok Batu with 1,950 trees, Kepok Madura with 1,500 trees, and Kepok Trigas growing with 1,800 trees.

Uniquely, Dayeuh Manggung has now promoted the potential of eco-tourism, which includes realizing the beauty of "Sayangku" Village. This village was initiated by local residents in early 2017 and carries the "Principle of Benefits".

This principle includes how to utilize household waste that is used for decoration to beautify the dwelling. Well, this creativity really supports the beauty of the surrounding nature.

It is proven by the uniqueness of the village, which displays the walls of the house, mostly made of wood, with three-dimensional mural paintings.



The attraction of Dayeuh Manggung, in addition to the beauty of the tea garden with a panoramic view of Mount Cikuray, in this area there is also Kampung Amsterdam which has existed since 1913. Here, there is agro-tourism of fruit gardens, such as longan, avocado, and coffee beans, as well as tracking activities. , and camping ground.

Dayeuh Manggung Tea Plantation is located in Dayeuh Manggung Village, Cilawu District, Garut Regency, West Java. The facilities here are also quite adequate, starting from the availability of vehicle parking areas, toilets, and prayer rooms.

The entrance ticket is also very affordable, which only pays IDR 5,000 per person. With no stalls selling food and drinks, travelers are advised to bring their own lunch. And don't forget the food and drink waste, don't throw it away!



The route to reach this location can be taken about 45 minutes by private vehicle. Travelers who use public transportation can choose to take public transportation with the direction of Garut-Cilawu and stop at the entrance of Dayeuh Manggung.

The fare is quite cheap, only IDR 5,000.

From the entrance to Dayeuh Manggung, continue with a motorcycle taxi that is ready at the base. By paying IDR 10,000, the traveler arrives at the desired place, namely at the Dayeuh Manggung Tea Plantation!
